New Buildings

Buying an off-plan property from a developer requires extra care. We check the building licence, negotiate the purchase contract and ensure provision is made for bank guarantees on the development.  If you purchase land to build on, we will work with your architects on the planning rules and insurance. Our work includes declaring deeds of new builds and registration of the property ownership. We help to obtain building project finance from the bank.
