We have experience of contentious inheritance cases involving disputes about foreign law applicable to the estate. Spanish law on obligatory heirs can conflict with the rules of free disposition applicable under the rules of law of a different country. Having direct knowledge of the English common law and the Spanish civil law traditions means we can present highly skilled arguments to the  Spanish courts. Contentious disputes can involve claiming a share of the estate and challenging the will.  We can make applications to the court to protect the inheritance, to safeguard the assets or to ensure that particular assets are included within the estate.
